We must act in our interest and work for CHANGE | Join the HARLEM4 FOOD MOVEMENT | Know it and GROW it | Green it and MEAN it

The Harlem4 Center for Change (HARLEM4) is a multicultural, multi-generational, non-partisan research and advocacy organization dedicated to providing a community forum to generate bold new ideas and policy proposals for the village of Harlem. Harlem4 is a nonprofit organization that also seeks to reverse Harlem’s status as a food desert by putting in place a sustainable food model that serves the community through policy, action, community organizing and education. Our aim is to effect an urban food coalition that embraces the social, economic and cultural values of a community that is significantly under-served by the availability of fresh food. It is our goal to become a model for change in Harlem in particular and Urban America in general.
